BILATERAL MAMMOGRAM: Indications: Routine. Comparison 06/04/04. Findings: Stable chronic fibroglandular densities of the upper outer quadrant of the right breast. A small nodular density is present involving the medial right breast tissue; most likely a small cyst, although not clearly seen on review of prior mammograms. There is otherwise no suspicious microcalcification or architectural distortion. IMPRESSION: New or better visualized small nodular density of the medial right breast tissues, possibly representing a cyst. Ultrasound examination of this area would be recommended for full assessment. Assessment: Category 0 – Needs additional imaging evaluation. This examination was reviewed with the use of CAD (R-2 Version 8.1) Back to "Radiology Transcription Services" |
